Scott PROTON Series
Single Gas - Personal Gas Detector

POWERFUL PORTABLE PROTECTION
THE PROTON ®
SERIES OF SINGLE GAS MONITORS
The Best
Choice For Single Gas Detection
Designed for rugged use, easy one-button operation, and
unprecedented convenience, both models of Scott’s Proton series of single
gas monitors meet all the high quality standards you have come to expect
from Scott Health & Safety — making the ProtonZM and the Proton instruments
the most reliable single gas monitors in the industry.
Their lightweight and ultra-compact designs make portability
the key feature of these personal monitors. Secured with a stainless steel
alligator style clip, hard hat adaptor, or wrist strap, the ultra-compact
Proton monitors can be placed anywhere on a user that is unobtrusive to
everyday work activities.
With the ProtonZM single gas monitor, Scott delivers a new
standard for two-year zero maintenance monitors. The simple one button
activation and operation make the ProtonZM the simplest two year disposable
monitor. With the internal vibrating alarm, loud audible alarm and bright
red flashing alarm bar, operators will be quickly alerted to alarm
conditions.
Choose the ProtonZM’s detection capabilities from two sensor
types for either carbon monoxide or hydrogen sulfide. The ProtonZM is the
only disposable single gas monitor that clearly indicates to the user when a
bump “TEST” is required. It’s simple — every 30 days the word “TEST” is
indicated on the instrument’s LCD. After successful completion of a bump
test, “TEST” is replaced by “OK”.
No other monitor on the market makes it this simple and
clear when a bump test is required.
