They filled over 100 SCBA's for three separate fire departments before they took a break. But don't let their stern looks fool you...
Levittown Fire District was delighted too. They went home with a full truck of SCBA cylinders. In fact, all of the departments who partook went home full. We refilled over 1500 SCBA's during the month of September.
Scott Health and Safety donated the Liberty I trailer, we provided the labor and fuel. We hope to be there again next year and look forward to seeing our new friends again.

Filling bottles at Nassau County Fireman's Training Center, Old Bethpage, NY.
It started out as an idea to save our local fire districts the time and cost of filling bottles after a night of training. Its enough to clean your gear, wash the hose and repack the trucks. So we thought it would be nice to fill the spent SCBA's for the fireman. We had a lot of fun those nights laughing and joking with the fireman and doing a good deed for our hero's.
