Two years in the making, under a team of top design professionals, Fire-Dex brings you FX™ Gear. Field proven in numerous wear trials and has been designed to be compliant to NFPA 1971, 2007 edition.  

FX Gear features a completely redesigned pant pattern that focuses on increased mobility and dexterity. It is designed with a firefighters needs in mind, allowing for maximum movement without restriction. This gear can be made with all the standard features listed below but allow you to design the gear to fit your specifications. 

Standard Pant Features:
• New athletic cut, mid-rise pant
• Option of no bib, 3" bib or 6" bib
• New Ergonomic Leg
• Black padded suspenders with parachute pull come standard
• Comfort inseam in crotch reduces wear and stress on the liner

Ergonomic Leg

The Fire-Dex pant leg has an angled design to fit the wearer in a forward fire fighting position while allowing freedom of movement that extends beyond the knee.

Seamless Collar

The Fire-Dex Seamless Collar, reduces moisture penetration and allows the collar to be worn upright or folded down.  NFPA complaint without the throat strap, allowing for a better interface with the SCBA face mask.

  

 
  

 

 

Removable Drag Rescue Device

The Fire-Dex Easy access handle is horizontally positioned for easy grasping and pulling.   It can be removed from the turnout jacket for clean and repair operations reducing the damage to the turnout caused by the KEVLAR webbing.
