CLASS II, EXPLOSION PROOF FILL ENCLOSURES

REVOLVEAIR®

THE MOST INNOVATIVE CHARGE STATION ON THE MARKET

RevolveAir Charge Station

The revolutionary RevolveAir charge module provides maximum safety and performance, simultaneously charging (2) BAC’s within the protective chamber while two BAC’s are being exchanged on the outside of the chamber.

The RevolveAir comes complete with safety interlocks, safety gauges, charge valves, bleed valves and a pressure regulator for automatic BAC charging.

The RevolveAir includes ASFC ("Auto-Storage-Fill-Control").   Purified breathing air is provided by storage until the storage pressure drops below the regulated SCBA pressure setpoint.   At that instant, purified air from the compressor is automatically routed to the SCBA's to top them off and complete the fill cycle.  Once the SCBA's have reached full pressure, the compressed air is automatically routed to refill the storage bottles.  This feature is an option on most other brands, but is standard on the Scott RevolveAir.  The ASFC, saves time and confusion by eliminating operator intervention during the fill process and maximizing the output of the compressor.

• Ergonomically designed EXPLOSION PROOF ENCLOSURE
• Fills two cylinders on the inside, while two are being exchanged on the outside.
• Offers personnel time savings over competitive charge stations.  The RevolveAir reduces man-hour filling time by a minimum of 33% over 3 bottle designs.
• Designed with safety in mind
• Third party test and certified (NFPA 1901)
• NFPA & NIOSH approved
• Safety pressure gauges (storage-compressor and cylinder)
• Two (2) Auxiliary Outlets • One (1) full pressure, unregulated outlet on the back of the of the unit.  • One (1) regulated outlet on the front. • Auto storage fill control valve

Options
• Cascade panels (2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 banks)
• Auxiliary low pressure regulator (200 psi)
• Auxiliary high pressure regulator (5000-6000 psi)
• Dual pressure regulator (2216-4500 psi)
• Storage rack
• SCUBA bottle filling kit.

Are you still filling bottles in a "tube" type scatter shield?  They are called scatter shields for a reason.   Depending on where the operator is standing during the fill process you might as well rest your SCBA cylinders on a chair when you fill.

The highest degree of failure probability is not with a cylinder rupture (although that happens often enough) it is in broken hose whips, fittings and fill adaptors.

A blown hose hitting you at 4500 PSI can ruin your day, if not your life.  Protect your fireman by installing a certified explosion proof fill enclosure today.  Some departments purchase the best trucks, the finest turnout coats the most expensive helmets, then take a big chance filling bottles on the floor in scatter tubes because it will never happen to them.    I assure you, if a bottle bursts while your filling it on a chair, you'll never know what happened, but your next of kin will.
