Scott Air Carts

The TRC-1 Air Cart is a compact and lightweight portable air source that provides an uninterrupted supply of breathing air for up to eight users simultaneously. It has a high-pressure inlet source that allows the use of a compressor or cascade system as the primary air source. The TRC-1 also features a unique air control switch that isolates the air source for the 4 respiratory outlets to the on board cylinders and for the 4 auxiliary outlets to the high pressure inlet air source. This allows 2 teams to breathe off the same cart, yet have independent air sources. When in isolated mode, outlet pressure for each air source is independently regulated.

• Supplies breathing air for up to 8 respirator users at a time
• This one cart can supply 2 teams with air from independent air sources that are independently alarmed with end-of-cylinder service indicators
• Breathing air source is controlled by selector switch
• All outlets can be supplied by installed cylinders
• All outlets can be supplied by external high pressure source
• One set of 4 outlets can be supplied by installed cylinders while another set of 4 outlets are supplied by external high pressure source
• Check-valved to prevent contamination from auxiliary manifold

SCOTT TRC-1 Air Cart

This mobile air cart is a compact and lightweight portable air source that provides an uninterrupted supply of breathing air for up to four users simultaneously. It also has a high-pressure inlet source that allows the use of a compressor or cascade system as the primary air source. Scott’s mobile air cart can accept 2216, 3000 or 4500 psi cylinders in 30, 45 or 60 minute durations. Also available are two optional independently regulated ports for tools or other low pressure devices.

• Supplies compressed breathing air for users of SCBAs with extended duration airline, Type C airline respirators or combination escape SCBA/Type C respirators
• Provides duration of several hours (by rotating cylinders) for up to four users at a time at NFPA flow rates
• Loud pneumatic whistle for end-of-cylinder service indicator
• All connections are easily accessible
• Accommodates two 4500, 3000 or 2216 psig cylinders
• 2 outlet cart available, 4 outlet cart available and optional two tool supply manifold on 4 outlet cart
• Tool supply side regulator is check valved internally to prevent any cross contamination of air supplies
• Lightweight and portable with low center of gravity
